Shipping Policy

We want your Dryganic order to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below for full details on processing times, rates, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days)

Standard shipping is available for all orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days)

Expedited shipping is available for an additional $12.99 for orders within the contiguous United States. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on a business day will be shipped the same day. Delivery typically arrives within 1–2 business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country's customs authority. These are not included in our shipping fee.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier used for your specific order will be selected at our discretion based on delivery destination and package weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate on the carrier's website after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at dryganicproducts@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the carrier on your behalf and, if confirmed, will promptly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Dryganic is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at dryganicproducts@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address, but once an order has shipped we cannot guarantee changes.
