Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Dryganic purchase for any reason, you may return unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. This applies to all products in their original, sealed packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return: (1) Email our support team at returns@dryganic.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. (2) Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label (for US customers). (3) Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. (4) Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once your return is received and approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed on our end. After processing, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: opened or partially consumed products; items that have been damaged due to improper storage after delivery; items purchased as part of final-sale or clearance promotions (these will be clearly marked at the time of purchase); or digital gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at dryganicproducts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will immediately ship a replacement at no charge and arrange for the return of the original item at our expense. No need to wait — we prioritize these cases.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer. This allows us to process your new order as quickly as possible.
International Returns
For international orders (Canada, UK, Australia), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for international returns. Refunds for international orders will be processed in USD to the original payment method, and currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider.
