Introducing the Dryganic Exotic Collection: Kiwi, Dragon Fruit & Jackfruit

We spent months sourcing and refining three new dehydrated fruits that go well beyond the usual suspects — and we think they are worth getting excited about.

When we started Dryganic, we had a simple belief: that dehydrated fruit, made without additives or shortcuts, could be as exciting to eat as any conventional snack. Not just mango and pineapple — but the full range of fruit that grows across the subcontinent and beyond. We have spent months sourcing, testing, and refining. Today, we are proud to introduce the newest additions to the Dryganic family. DEHYDRATED KIWI Few fruits divide opinion like kiwi. You either love the sharp, bright tartness or you find it overwhelming. Dehydrated kiwi takes that polarising edge and softens it — the drying process concentrates the sweetness while mellowing the acidity, creating a snack that is tart-sweet in exactly the right proportion. Nutritionally, kiwi is remarkable. It contains more vitamin C per gram than most citrus fruits, along with vitamin K, folate, and a digestive enzyme called actinidin that helps break down proteins. Dehydrated, you get all of that in a shelf-stable, portable format that lasts months rather than days. DEHYDRATED DRAGON FRUIT Dragon fruit is perhaps the most visually dramatic fruit in existence — the deep magenta flesh looks almost artificial. Dried, it becomes a jewel-toned, chewy slice that tastes mildly sweet with a hint of floral earthiness. It is also genuinely nutritious. Dragon fruit is rich in betacyanins — the pigments responsible for its colour — which are potent antioxidants. It is also a good source of magnesium, vitamin C, and dietary fibre. Because its flavour is relatively neutral, it pairs beautifully with more intense fruits in a trail mix or snack blend. DEHYDRATED JACKFRUIT Jackfruit is having a well-deserved moment globally, primarily because of its remarkable texture when cooked as a meat substitute. But ripe jackfruit, eaten as a fruit rather than a savoury ingredient, is one of the most distinctively sweet and fragrant things you can eat. Dehydrated ripe jackfruit is intensely sweet, deeply fragrant, and chewy in the most satisfying way. It is a fruit that has been part of Indian food culture for centuries — and dehydrating it means you can enjoy that same flavour year-round, not just during season. WHY THESE THREE? We did not choose these fruits for novelty alone. Each has a genuinely strong nutritional profile, a flavour that holds up (or improves) through the dehydration process, and a sourcing story we are proud of. We work with growers who share our commitment to farming without unnecessary chemicals, and every batch is tested before it goes into a Dryganic pouch. WHERE TO FIND THEM The Exotic Collection is available in 50g and 100g pouches, as individual flavours and as a mixed trio pack. If you have been a Mango or Pineapple regular, we would love you to give these a try. If you are new to Dryganic entirely, these are a wonderful place to start. As always — no added sugar, no preservatives, no artificial anything. Just fruit.
